With a thriving e-commerce business and a newly launched loyalty program, the company is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Optimisation Manager to drive customer retention and maximise lifetime value. The Role The Customer Lifecycle Optimisation Manager will be responsible for growing customer value and loyalty by designing and delivering campaigns that move customers from their first purchase through to becoming long-term advocates. The role will map customer journeys, build targeted lifecycle campaigns, and optimise every stage, from onboarding to churn prevention and win-back. Working across email, SMS, push notifications, onsite experience, and loyalty, the manager will deliver measurable impact on conversion, retention, and LTV. Key Responsibilities Increase conversion rates from first to second and third purchases through tailored lifecycle initiatives. Build and execute retention strategies that reduce churn and grow loyalty program engagement. Partner with data and marketing teams to segment customers, test campaigns, and track performance. Apply a structured test-and-learn approach to lifecycle programs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns align with brand and business priorities. Candidate Profile 3–5 years’ experience in data-driven lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing. Background in analytics, segmentation, and cohort modelling, with proven ability to turn data into actionable lifecycle strategies. Experience working with customer data platforms, data visualisation, and unification tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment, DOMO, BigCommerce). Proficiency in data interpretation and performance measurement across churn, CLTV, retention cohorts, and engagement metrics. Hands-on experience in building and optimising campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, onsite). A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to run experiments, interpret outcomes, and scale what works. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations. The Offer Competitive salary of $110k–130k super bonus.
